I recently wrote about an unpleasant experience with http://www.ulta.com. They reached out to me to apologize, and gave me a gift card. I wasn’t expecting anything, but am glad they stepped up to apologize for their employee’s actions.

I had more than one “unpleasant experiences” with those people. Now, all my shopping dollars go someplace else.

I was sure surprised by the quick resolution. They even sent me another email today making sure everything was good. I didn’t mention my blog name, so they have no idea how many followers I have.
