I certainly hope all of the protesting done in the United States has a positive outcome for our citizens. I won’t be bullied by an orange haired nitwit!
In recent months we have seen a number of protests in the U.S., from the Women’s March on January 21st, to the People’s Climate March on April 29th, and most recently the March for Truth on June 3rd. Some have said these protests accomplish nothing, but I have disagreed, and today I have proof that organized protests DO sometimes make enough waves to bring about change.

I agree. The majority of the country polls progressive. We progressives have to start acting like it. It does matter. We need to be vocal, to not be intimidated, to not let ourselves get shouted down. I refuse to let the other side say they are more patriotic as they don’t know what that means. It doesn’t mean blind obedience. We need to refuse to play nice when the other side won’t. Make America great again, it already was great. Every day is more surreal than the last….
It’s hard to keep up.
There are days when it feels too overwhelming; I begin to imagine worst case scenarios and wonder if I will know when the country is no longer tolerable as a place to call home.
It’s deeply depressing to watch the daily carnage and today its members of the GOP Congress. It’s sad, but that’s what happens when you defame your own government while refusing to pass commonsense gun laws.
Maybe this will be a wake up call.
It appears that the President is under investigation for obstruction of Justice. But that’s the least of our problems. Our media is still thick with crazy-making propaganda from the Trump/Putin brigade. Facebook is saturated with it.
I just saw that on CNN. I can’t believe that Alex Jones creep is going to be on NBC. Nothing but a money grab for NBC, and giving this idiot an even bigger platform to spew his filth.
I can’t shake the feeling that Americans don’t understand that people like Alex Jones are weapons.
His words will become bullets fired by people who are what Jones pretends to be.
Imagine NBC granting a serious interview to a holocaust denier.
