During his press conference, Trump said he has turned his businesses over to his sons. That eliminates any possibility of conflict of interest. He said. Right. His sons will receive business offers they never dreamed of. He he also acknowledged that Russia did the hacking but said it was the fault of the […]

  1. I appreciate your posts and your candor and I appreciate you reading my posts as well! I started my blog shortly before the election and find myself more politically focused in my writing ideas than I had set out to be. It is the context of right now…as you said, something new every day!

  2. I don’t know how anyone who voted for him can think any of this is okay. We deserve better. I just saw this on Huff Post. Trump said regarding the hacking- “Hacking is bad and it shouldn’t be done. But look at the things that were hacked. Look at what was learned from that hacking. That Hillary Clinton got the questions to the debate and didn’t report it,” he said. “That’s a horrible thing. That’s a horrible thing. Can you imagine if Donald Trump got the questions to the debate? It would have been the biggest story in the history of stories and they would have said immediately ‘you have to get out of the race.’ And nobody even talked about it. It’s a very terrible thing.”

So Trump thinking Hillary getting a debate question in advance is end of the world shit? For the love of god, can he just please go away. I’m sure Putin can find a position for him on his staff!

  3. Actually Hillary got the category of the question, which is different than getting the actual question. Second when you compare that to what the tRump has been saying and doing on camera and then denied doing, it pales as even worth mentioning. The thing we always suspected might turn out to be the truth and is an even bigger danger to our country is this, HE is compromised by Russia. They have both financial and personal things on him that makes it so he has to do whatever Putin wishes him to. Here is what I don’t get, and can’t understand at all. He lies boldly and clearly, he denies doing what he is on tape doing, he breaks laws and says it doesn’t matter because he can do it and he gets away with it, he flouts normal behaviors as something others must do but never himself, he is childish to a point where people wouldn’t let their own real kids do what tRump does. Both the republicans in congress and tRump administration people see no problem in demanding one set of standards for the Obama administration and totally demanding they don’t have to follow those same demands because it is tRump. I just watched a republican congressman get caught in a double standard where they demanded something of President obama they are fighting having to do now for the incoming administration. When told it was a double standard the congressman said, “yup, so!” When it was again pointed out to him he was asking others to do what he felt shouldn’t be asked of his party, he said “So what.” We shouldn’t have to do what we demand others to do! He was serious and thought it funny that they would be held to the standard that they wanted to hold others to. It hurts to even think on this stuff. I would hate to have to explain it to a child. Why they can’t lie, or do bad things, but the president can? Why they have to be good and learn stuff, when the president doesn’t have to. Teaching them to treat others fairly and not insult or mock them when the president will be doing it daily. Hugs
