👍🏻👍🏻 super yes to woman power!!
What I’d like to say is “oh hell yeah!!” 😊
Thanks!
Doesn’t have to be a male/female thing though does it? This inequality and viciousness affects us all. We need a unified front against discrimination and fascism!
United we stand!!
There is a fight to be had! Women have my support!
Thanks so much.

Not just women. United we stand!!
Thanks for the reblog.
Right on, Sister! Opher’s point is well-taken. At the same time, all oppressions need to be brought to the surface and mentioned individually in order to see all details of the big picture.
Just had a thought when I read the part about “Being nice…” In “The Wounded Heart” the author talks about The Good Girl, The Tough Girl, and The Party Girl. These ways of related come out of being abused as children. The problem is, all three are terribly broken because they are all soaking in contempt – self directed, other directed, or a mix of both. (Men manifest these too but in slightly different ways.)
Anyway, the thing is not to move from being nice to being tough, mostly because it doesn’t resolve contempt which is poison but ultimately because it’s not the survivor’s way of life that led to them being hurt.
