Today I am ashamed to be from Indiana. WTF is up with your government? Didn’t our forefathers flee England to escape religious persecution over four hundred years ago? I don’t have a problem with religion, but when you hide behind it to further your agenda, well you are just a piece of shit.
What’s next? Taking away a women’s right to vote? Women earning less than men for the same job? Oh wait, that’s still happening.
I don’t know about you, but I want our country to move forward, not backwards. Please remember these politicians during the next election.
Indiana just passed a religious freedom bill. It is the biggest load of crap I have ever seen. I haven’t lived in Indiana for many years, but I truly feel sorry for the people this is going to affect.

I’m glad I don’t live there anymore, but I know a lot of people who do. It’s going to hurt there economy as Indianapolis, where I’m from, is a big convention destination.
What has religious freedom got to do with gay rights? They should pass a ‘Freedom FROM Religion’ bill to make sure government serves all people and is secular, ie not influenced by any religion.
Sounds like a good idea to me. Here in the US the religious right is setting us back hundreds of years. The attack on women’s rights is shameful also, along with the racial divide that keeps getting bigger. Everyday I hear more and more that makes me afraid for my son’s future. Our politicians should be more concerned with our environment than what goes on in people’s bedrooms.
