I grew up in the 1960’s, so I know this song well. Happy New Year Cindy!
I’m not convinced. There are so many claims nowadays about so called super foods and magical diets made in order to make money. For inflammations I use turmeric both fresh and in powder which this latter one I add to soups or curries. As for bloating eating nothing until it goes away is the best way. Nowadays people burden their digestive apparatus with too many foodstuffs and usually the wrong ones. As for fungus and yeast avoid sugars and yeast products. It’s plain common sense.
