My kids father was Jewish, so we celebrated Christmukkah. They were the only kids on the block who got presents for both holidays. Whatever you celebrate, have a good one. 🙂
Hi Cornfedcontessa, I recently ‘followed’ you and settled down, yesterday evening, to read your first post since signing up and, lovely, useful, informative piece as it was I had to rapidly hide the page, when my lovely wife sat next to me. I’m from the north of England where ‘men are men’ as the saying starts. Painting my finger nails would be frowned on. So this post is great. I got to see his live stand-up show in New Orleans a few years before his death. He was a riot, had the single most filthy mouth I have ever heard. He was a proud manwhore and pimp. He said that his idea of the best way to die was while having sex. He would come and go at the same time! Anyway, thanks for liking one of my posts. I told you that you are a big hit with my daughter-n-law, my grand daughter turned ! last week so I may need your advice soon. I fear that I will be attending many little tea parties and nail polishings. My knowledge as to such things is limited to my attendance will be required. How do you remove nail paint and what is the table etiquette at a pretend tea party ? There is a bright side. I think pink is a good color for me. Ha!! Peace, Marshall
