Can I get a pin to wear with this statement? I’ve worked with some toxic people who only complain about their job, yet do nothing to change their situation. It gets very tiresome. While I’ve been known to complain (as we all do), I do something about it. Life is too short!

Jon Gordon wrote a great book on this topic: The No Complaining Rule. He offers advice on implementing such a rule at work.
My way of dealing with the complainers is to try and not interact with them. Unfortunately for me, the complainer would just come in my office and complain. I have a new job, so I won’t have to deal with that shrew again.
