Removing clutter is a great tip! I know the more clutter I have around me the more anxious and disorganized my brain tends to be.
Any disease can alter the sleeping pattern. I don’t have fibromyalgia nor I know anybody that has it. In my experience one thing that helps in curing insomnia is spending a good deal of time in open air doing things such as walking, cycling, gardening or whatever. Plenty of fresh air that one gets by being outside plus movement help to regulate the hormonal balance and adjust the sleeping pattern.

This was a great read. I do most of this stuff but the Epsom salt bath, that sounds interesting. I’ll try it. I preach journaling, but have not been faithful at it. I am hoping my blog will be the ticket to assist with this. Thanks for this!
