I don’t mind kale, like most greens, because I grew up eating them.
I eat a lot of spinach to prevent bone loss.
There’s a lot of other good salad stuff if you don’t like Kale!!
I eat salad every day. While very boring, it does keep things moving. No plain lettuce for me. I do love my fresh spinach though. Had some creamed spinach last night. Yum!

Haha I had kale with an avocado and yogurt dressing last night. Talk about timing.

I am the odd one out here. I have never had Kale and I will never eat spinach due to childhood trauma over it . However I like other things, like I just had a snack of a bowl of lettuce with italian dressing and I am munching on carrots. It is all in the mind set I think. Hugs
