There’s more to health than exercising and making healthy food choices!! This time of year it is important to remember to drink plenty of water. I try to take a bottle with me every where I go to stay hydrated and energized. Most people start hydrating too late in the day and never drink enough to catch up so remember to start with a couple glasses of clean water before leaving the house.
